Mechanical Engineer (Kragujevac)

The ideal candidate should possess:

− Graduated technical faculty - mechanical engineering

− Minimum 5 years of work experience in the same or similar jobs

− Higher level of knowledge of the English language and working in the MS Office package

− Expressed team spirit

− Willingness to travel frequently

Job Description:

− Organization and supervision of electrical and mechanical work on the maintenance of the company's overall infrastructure

− Organization and supervision of mobile equipment maintenance

− Defining and improving preventive/predictive maintenance plans

− Preparation of monthly equipment downtime reports, preparation of RCA and other analyzes in order to prevent repeated unplanned downtimes

− Optimizing the stock of spare parts in cooperation with the procurement and finance department

− Suggesting solutions to technical problems in order to optimize and ensure the reliability of the equipment

− Planning and proposing ongoing investments and participation in the preparation of capex studies

− Active participation in the development of the maintenance budget, as well as monitoring its realization on a monthly/annual level

− In incident cases, ensuring appropriate intervention within the mine and/or authorized service

− The role of the Leader in planned downtimes and the Supervisory Authority in tasks entrusted to external contractors, responsibility for the quality of works, use of resources and compliance with deadlines

− Workplace includes activities at other locations where the company operates

− Implementation of company procedures and directives with a special focus on safety and health at work as well as on compliance and improvement of procedures in the field of environmental protection
